Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. Please double-check all details before placing your order, including sizes, colors, and custom text.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at oinkyclothing@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A description of the problem
Once we review your claim, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Since we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot make modifications.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Oinky is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If necessary, you may file a claim with the shipping provider.
